PRESS RELEASE

In September 2019 Kittitas County Fire District 7 was awarded a FEMA SAFER (Staffing for Adequate Fire & Emergency Response) grant. This two-year grant provides funds for a full-time volunteer and retention coordinator, gear, and training for 16 new volunteers. It is our intention to double the size of the volunteer force in two years.
